Two 14-year-olds can have different tour choices
Shared age
Both fictional boys are 14 on July 31, 2026 and otherwise meet membership conditions.

No event entry has been accepted. Supplied averages and Index are separate facts.

Case 1
Avery · average 104
The Players Tour’s ages 12–18 and average of 110 or below match these inputs.

Boys’ Nine Hole is ages 10–13. Avery’s supplied record does not establish the Future Series threshold.

Case 2
Blake · average 82 · Index 8.0
Future Series ages 12–18 and the boys’ Index 10-or-below / average 85-or-below conditions match these supplied inputs.

The same age produces another eligible option; it does not make Future Series compulsory.

Case 3
Before paying
Confirm the chosen registered tour, full membership terms and intended events.

Future members’ select eighteen-hole starts are not unrestricted cross-tour entry. Quiz, acceptance and waitlist checks still apply.

Case 4

Fictional 2026 eligibility examples, checked October 23, 2026. Neither an Index calculated from an average nor a readiness test or guaranteed entry is represented. Recheck later seasons.

The short version

  • The three tours have different round and ability requirements.
  • Members may only play on their registered tour under the stated policy.
  • Rules quiz, event acceptance and spectator conditions are separate checks.

Use the current tour descriptions

The membership page distinguishes Nine Hole, eighteen-hole Players Tour and 36-hole Future Series. It also sets ability and age conditions, with different entry-level boys and girls ranges. The advanced route includes handicap or scoring criteria.

A family should read the full current description rather than choosing from the headline age alone. At an ambiguous boundary, obtain the organizer’s answer before purchasing the wrong membership.

Keep registration and event acceptance distinct

The published resources require an annual rules quiz before tournament registration and distinguish acceptance from a waiting-list result. Being a member does not reserve every event. The stated policy also limits play to the registered tour.

Confirm the current age date, event fees and withdrawal terms for the actual season. Do not extend the 2026 table into a later season without checking.

Plan the family’s role

Caddie and spectator policies differ from what some families expect, including event- and site-specific spectator conditions. Read the current member resources before assuming a parent can accompany the group.

Use first-event preparation and building a schedule after eligibility is settled.
