Two Swedish documents can share the word Slutbetyg while answering different NCAA questions. The complete title and issuing school matter more than the familiar word alone.

Check the division before using the academic rules
The course-approval and NCAA academic-certification discussion here applies to Divisions I and II. Division III schools set their own academic standards. For international Division III athletics certification, the Eligibility Center may separately request academic records to establish secondary-school graduation. Read the NCAA division-specific requirements and follow the tasks actually assigned for your case.

Keep the condition unresolved until the school or NCAA clarifies the actual document; do not mark it accepted from its title alone.

Read the school as well as the document title
The NCAA's Swedish profile distinguishes upper-secondary graduation evidence from lower-school results and grade extracts. Slutbetyg alone is therefore an incomplete identification. Record the full title, issuing school and issue date before choosing a row in the profile.
The listed upper-secondary routes have an expected twelve-year timeline, four years or eight semesters from the initial start of year nine. That printed academic reference does not certify an individual's academic requirements, athletics eligibility, admission or place on a golf team.
Do not discard a record because it is not graduation proof
A lower-school result or an upper-school extract may still be requested as part of the academic history. The profile asks for documents by title, not merely by a broad date period. Keep a requested-record list separate from the acceptable-graduation-proof list.
For an extract, record course completion dates and the exact document identity. For the listed vocational Yrkesexamen route, the profile requires GB under General Competence or Grundläggande behörighet; without it that credential is not acceptable graduation proof under the stated route. A missing or unclear designation is a question to resolve, not a box to fill by inference.
Build a packet with visible gaps
Use three rows: year-nine lower-school record, upper-school term or course-completion records, and the issued graduation credential. Record which document has been requested, issued and submitted through the authorised route. A document expected later stays pending.
