Northern Ohio PGA's 2026 junior page says all three membership tiers are full. An eligible-list place or staff approval therefore should not be mistaken for available membership or accepted tournament entry.

Approved, tier full
The same player's approval is complete, but the applicable membership tier has no room under the published 2026 notice.
Approval does not bypass capacity. Do not assume a membership purchase or event entry can proceed.

Accepted for an event
A different fictional player has an explicit acceptance for a named event.
Keep that decision with the event instructions rather than generalising it to all tour dates.
CASE 03
Caddie and scoring role
Futures allows a caddie; the other described tours prohibit caddies. The source excludes the Futures caddie from the scoring area.
The player remains responsible for the scorecard and the caddie's penalties. Support does not transfer scoring responsibility.

Choose the format without promising a place
The current published descriptions distinguish NextLevel's thirty-six-hole events, Performance's eighteen-hole events and Futures' nine-hole format. NextLevel membership also includes access to Performance events under the stated program structure.
Those descriptions help identify the task; they do not override the full-capacity notice. Older FAQ age-division wording was not used to create a new complete age table here. Read the exact current tier and event conditions rather than inferring eligibility from a tour name alone.
Separate approval from capacity
The NextLevel route can involve the eligible list or another published approval route, and membership remains pending until staff manually approves it. Keep a record of what has actually been decided. The word pending should not turn into accepted merely because the player has submitted enough information.
The 2026 page's full notice is an additional constraint after eligibility. For the next season, use the operator's future announcement when published; this page has not verified a 2027 opening. There is no legitimate shortcut here that bypasses staff approval or a full tier.
Check the support and entry instructions
Futures permits caddies but keeps them outside the scoring area, while the other described tours prohibit caddies. Confirm the role for the actual event and ensure the player understands the scorecard responsibility. Do not assume that a permitted adult can complete the scoring process for the player.
Before arranging a trip, distinguish membership status from a named event's accepted entry. Use the registration parent to track confirmation, deadlines and operator messages. This article owns the approval-versus-capacity decision, not another live tournament calendar or an invented list of available alternatives.
