Wait for the actual decision. Pending is not accepted, even when the screening information is sufficient.

Read the process in the right season
The operator's page labels its lottery process 2026. Its April 8 throughApril 14 entry window and notification byApril 22 are past dates as of this guide's October 24 check. Do not reuse them as a forthcoming 2027 opening or assume the same process will apply unchanged.
Start with the current official Players Tour page and look for a season label. If the next season has not been published, record that the opening is unverified. The useful work now is understanding the stages and what must be clarified, not treating an old date as a live opportunity.
Keep screening thresholds attached to the event
The 2026 page describes invitation-only entry with handicap verification followed by approval and event selection. It lists girls under 15.0 and gives two inconsistent ordinary boys'7.5 wordings. Blackwolf Run has lower stated limits: boys under 6.1 and girls under 13.1.
Those numbers explain the dated examples, not guaranteed 2027 eligibility. At an exactly 7.5 boundary, preserve both source wordings when asking the operator. Do not round the player's Index to create eligibility or infer that a separate 36-hole approval sentence removes every event-specific condition.
Track the decision you actually received
Use separate fields for information verified, invitation, registration submitted, pending decision, accepted entry and waitlist. A player's eligibility information can be complete while an event place is unavailable. The source describes an exemption group for Blackwolf Run, with other eligible entries filling remaining space.
Retain the actual event decision rather than relying on a payment screen or the general tour description. Use the registration parent for ordinary entry administration. This page keeps the Players Tour status and exception logic together, including the published source conflict, instead of creating a misleading guaranteed-entry shortcut.
