Steps
- 01Lay out an agility ladder, or mark squares on the ground with tape or chalk.
- 02Step through the ladder one foot per square at a normal pace.
- 03Repeat stepping two feet per square.
- 04Repeat with a simple side-step pattern through the ladder.
- 05Rest and repeat each pattern a second time.
Target
Try to move through each pattern more cleanly than the first pass.
