Frequently asked questions
Does Tessaira read my Gmail?
No. Connecting Gmail asks Google for one permission, which is to send. Tessaira does not read, search, scan or import your mailbox, and coach messages enter the Inbox only when you log them.
Can Tessaira email coaches for us?
Not on its own. A parent writes or edits the draft, opens the separate review, and confirms the one message. Copying or saving a draft never sends anything.
Is the Inbox free?
Logging correspondence and linking it to saved schools work on a free account. Sending from Gmail and working through a message with Ace are part of Premium.
Will a coach reply?
No email can guarantee that. Whether a coach answers depends on the program's roster needs and the player's record. The Inbox keeps what was sent and when, so the next follow-up is a decision rather than a guess.
