The calendar fills up before anyone decides what the season is for.
Season is one calendar for the events your family has committed to and the ones you are still weighing. Saved events are solid. Anything Ace suggests stays outlined until a parent saves it, so the plan never shifts behind your back.
Entries open months apart, high school golf follows its own state calendar, and school dates do not move. Judging each entry page on its own is how a season ends up with three travel weekends in a row and nothing left for rest.
Keep your own dates, no card needed. You add each date yourself; Tessaira does not fill it in for you.
Tessaira Premium, separately: Ace researches events within your family's limits and proposes them for a parent to review.

Before any new tournament
Put down the dates that are already fixed
A season is easier to judge once the dates that do not move are in one place. This is the order to put them down in. You add each date yourself; Tessaira does not fill in a school or tournament schedule for you.
School commitments
Exam weeks, school golf practices and matches, and family dates that will not move. They go down first because nothing else can move them.
Tournaments you have confirmed
Only events whose organizer has published dates and that your family has decided to play. Recheck each organizer's page for entry rules before you commit.
Practice and rest
The weeks around travel and school matches. An open week is a decision too, so give it a place.
Then weigh what is leftPremium
Events you are still considering go beside what is fixed. Ace can research options within your family's limits and propose them as outlined entries, and nothing is saved until a parent saves it.

What Season does today
Your own dates, kept solid
Free accountAdd the events you already know. They sit on the calendar as saved entries that you can rename or remove.
A draft season from Ace
PremiumTell Ace the date range, the travel your family will accept and the weeks that are off limits. It looks for events and places them on the calendar as outlined proposals.
Research only when you ask
PremiumAce checks organizer pages for current details only when a family asks, and keeps every calendar change waiting for review.
Estimates that look like estimates
PremiumWhen next year's dates are not out, a date projected from the organizer's prior-season schedule is labeled as an estimate. An event whose entry is not published yet is marked as needing entry confirmation and cannot be saved.
Travel from your Home base
PremiumSave a Home base in settings and Premium uses it to judge same-day drives and travel for events and school visits. You can remove it at any time.
Where it stops
Tessaira does not know every junior event. When it cannot find a current option, it says so instead of inventing one, and an estimate never turns into a confirmed date on its own.
How Season connects to the rest of Premium
- Today and AceAsk whether one more event fits, and Ace answers with the saved season already in view.
- SchoolsThe same saved Home base powers the Travel Snapshot for campus visits in Schools.
- GameLog a tournament round within three days of a saved event and Game offers that event for the round. A parent confirms the link.

Frequently asked questions
Can Ace add tournaments to our calendar?
Ace can place event proposals on the Season calendar. Each one stays outlined and unsaved until a parent opens it, checks the dates and the source, and chooses Save to Season. Dismissing one leaves the rest of the calendar alone.
Does Tessaira list every junior golf tournament?
No. It works from Tessaira's tournament catalog and organizer sources where they exist, and it says when it cannot find a current option rather than inventing one.
What happens when an event has not published next year's dates?
A date projected from the event's prior-season schedule stays labeled as an estimate until the organizer publishes the real one. Your family can leave that week open instead.
Is the Season calendar free?
A free account keeps its own saved dates on the Season calendar. Planning the season with Ace, including its research and proposals, is part of Premium.
