Verify the published access route
Bay Hill's own golf page describes Championship and Charger access as exclusive to members and guests staying at the Lodge. That is different from a public course where an off-property visitor can simply buy any available tee time.
Use the official golf and stay links for the actual plan. A reservation at an unrelated nearby property does not, by itself, satisfy the stated Lodge-guest route. The guide does not claim an unverified day-guest exception or a special public booking window.
Keep lodging and golf confirmations separate
The Lodge overview lists rooms, suites and guest cottages with a reservation link. It does not establish that a particular date, course or tee time is available, or that every room product contains the same golf inclusions.
